This multi-family acquisition presented an opportunity to modernize the building while enhancing functionality and tenant independence. The project involved opening select walls to replace and upgrade plumbing and utilities, ensuring each unit had separate water, heat, gas, and electric systems. Despite the complexity of retrofitting existing infrastructure, the work was executed efficiently and thoughtfully, resulting in a fully upgraded, high-functioning property that balances comfort, safety, and long-term durability.
